This block was cut such that the blade needs to be fitted on th bias for the figure to be similar on both sides of handle. All better now
Grinder motor is blown so I have picked up a BBQ knife that I started a while ago it has a small flaw in the bolster but I will finish it and throw it in the draw for myself. When life gives you flaws buy a brisket. Here I am truing the bolster tto the blade by marking the back with height gauge so that I have a guide to work to. #nzknifemaker #bbqknife #damascussteel
