The Thing

I have realy enjoyed this one the antler is really nice and It had spent some time on the ground so is a little coloured. the surface was really washed out so I was delighted to sand it back and find something so well suited to the build in there.
Doing a trial fit before etching I like the way this is looking so far
Just finished this petty chef featuring micarta handle and tight twist damascus blade this would be a great addition to any kitchen.
I have been holidaying with my wife so have let this one slide a bit but now it is done. This is rhe replacement for our broken bread knife that the handle fell off a couple of months ago. It was still usable but you had to hold it together. The handle is dyed maple burl. And the blade is 1084 /15n20 320 layers. Tight twist and forged inegral bolsters.
This is rhe whole fork. These have some many uses and can be made large or small this one has a particualy nice cocobolo handle. Sorry this one is sold but there will be more.
Fork tynes are fun each tyne looks like it has been twisted but if you look closer you can see that this is not the case and that they are twised and then cut.
